The ACS Communities App for Homeowners and Board Members offers a streamlined and user-friendly mobile platform for engaging with community associations. This app consolidates essential functions such as account payments, account viewing, and access to community-specific information, facilitating a more efficient management experience.

For those with existing login credentials to their association website, the app supports seamless access using the same email address and password. New users can easily register by clicking the registration button and submitting their details. Upon approval, an email will be sent containing a link to establish a password, enabling direct access to their account via the app.

In cases where users forget their passwords, the app provides a "Forgot Password" option. Users can request a password reset by entering their email address, after which they will receive instructions to reset their password and regain access.

Once logged in, Homeowners can utilize a variety of features, including:

• Easy switching between multiple property accounts
• A comprehensive Homeowner Dashboard
• Access to association documents
• Access to member directories
• Viewing association photos
• A dedicated 'Contact Us' page
• Payment of assessments
